Okay, Everyone who enters this site will be taking the best journey of their life. I will help you every step of the way. I will be reviewing the book Eat to Live and today I am starting my journey as a vegetarian. Thirty one years ago on this day my father died because of an eating disorder. A massive heart attract that ended his life to short at the tender age of 51. My brother also died at the age of 47 in the same bedroom exactly 25 years apart.  I do this in honor of them  as they were my rock. I want to eat the healthiest I can from this day forward....I would love for you to join me as I start TODAY!
